We are in-network for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO and Gilsbar Insurance.
Garden District Mental Health will file, as an out-of-network provider, for all other insurance policies, excluding UnitedHealthcare.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Medicaid/Medicare at this time.
